Welcome to Career Technical Education
Main Page Image

The goal of Crenshaw County's Career and Technical Education curriculum is to provide students access to a flexible system of rigorous school-and work-based learning planned collaboratively by students, parents, educators, and employers.  Career and Technical Education is competency-based applied learning that contributes to the academic knowledge, higher-order reasoning and problem-solving skills, life skills, work attitudes, employability skills, and occupation-specific skills through organized educational programs of sequenced courses.  Students interested in enrolling in Career and Technical Education classes should meet with their guidance counselors at their local schools.
